Application, visa support and pre-arrival
Our school advisers will help you choose school that most suits your individual needs. We will then manage your application with the school and liaise with them on your behalf.
We will put you in touch with a student from your new school, so you can get to know them before arriving.
We will help you prepare for your journey and your new adventure by providing detailed information about what to expect and what to bring with you.
You will have one contact throughout the application process, making it quick, easy and enjoyable.
Your Samiad support manager
You will have a Samiad support manager at head office who is available to you and your family 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
They are your first point of contact throughout your stay in the UK.
They will liaise with the school on your behalf, organise travel arrangements to host families and airports as well as sourcing flights and accommodation.
They are also your emergency contact for unexpected things such as, cancelled flights, illness or injury.
Travel and Accommodation
At a UK boarding school, you are likely to be living in the school accommodation, but often there are needs for host families over exeat weekends or half term. Your care manager will work with our approved host families and travel companies to organise everything while you are in the UK.
All of our host families and drivers are DBS screened and inspected regularly.
Regional contact
Your child will have a regional contact who will keep in constant contact with them throughout the year. The contact will also visit the school during parent’s evening, and in case of emergency visits. All of our regional contacts are within 1 hour of the school.
Emergency Contact
Your care manager, and regional contact are both available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
