How to Apply

Applying to one of our courses is very easy! Once you have decided which of our courses and campuses you would like to attend all you need to do is follow the simple steps below and you will be on your way to an unforgettable summer with Samiad.

Step one

Complete the online application form, which can be found here. It is important to ensure all the information is correct so that we can quickly contact you to discuss and process your application form. Once you have completed the application form send it to us at info@samiad.com. We guarantee to process your application within one working day.

Step Two

Once we have all the relevant information and have processed your application, we will be able to reserve a place on the requested Samiad programme. We will send you a letter detailing this and outlining the deposit payment required.

Step Three

To secure your reserved place on the desired Samiad programme a 50% deposit payment must be made. Delays in payment of your deposit may result in your place being given to someone else, so please ensure you complete this part as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Step Four

Once we have received your deposit payment, we will issue you with the following information for your records:

• Confirmation letter and receipt of payment
• Pre-arrival guide and student handbook
• Detailed itinerary
• Airport transfer information (if applicable)
• Dates and fees

How to Pay

Bank Transfer

Please make any bank transfers payable to the account information detailed on the Samiad acceptance letter you received upon application. All fees must be paid in GBP, or charges that apply will be passed on to the customer.

Credit or Debit Card

If you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card, you may do so via our secure online payment system. You can find a link to this here.

All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
